WHEREAS the Dakota Access Pipeline Project was approved through illegal & NEGLIGENT acts of EXTORTION by Officers & Employees of the United States, in violation to 

WHEREAS every Water Protector has suffered a FALSE ARREST and SLANDER,

    All Civilians operating for the purpose of acting as “Water Protectors”, under any title or lack thereof, whom have come in prayer & song & to protest the construction of the illegally-approved Dakota Access Pipeline Project, have suffered a PERSONAL INJURY, & are hereby EXONERATED.

PERSONAL INJURY

“A non physical injury that occurs due to wrongful eviction, slander, false arrest or by violating the right to privacy of any person.”[3]

EXONERATED:

“This means to be absolved of all charges and to be declared to be not responsible.”[4]

We Do Hereby Reserve, Under Protest & in DUE REGARD to Article I, Section 9, Clause 2 of The Constitution of The United States as well as all the facts & testimonies presented throughout this case, Our Inalienable Right to Habeaus Corpus upon all NATURAL PERSONS who were
