Thursday Nov 2nd, 2016

Standing Rock builds a bridge at night across part of the river to a sacred mountain, owned my Army Corps of Engineers, to visit the graves of their ancestors. A plane flies overhead throughout the night with no lights. Testimony from people on the ground about protests and what this pipeline means to them, states endangering water is domestic terrorism.

Protectors are met with riot police at base of sacred mountain where one of their ancestral burial grounds are located, on original 1851 Laramie Treaty land. When Protectors neared the land they were sprayed with pepper spray while standing in the water and a reporter was  shot with rubber bullet while conducting an interview on the opposite side of the river.
